Biography

In 2006 the owner of Living Photography, Rachael Waring was selected as one of twelve national photographers to document Allen & Company's $52 million dollar, week-long family event in Sun Valley, Idaho. 

She photographed three hundred of the world’s most prominent families, including those of Tom Hanks, Rupert Murdock, Warren Buffett, Tom Brokaw, Chad Hurley, Meg Whitman, Sydney Pollack, Candice Bergen, Diane von Furstenberg + Barry Diller, Michael Eisner, Howard Stringer, Charlie Rose, and Jeff Zucker. 

Rachael's wedding images have been published in the “Real Couples” and “Real Weddings” sections of The Knot Magazine –and- she has created large-scale gallery prints for Coca-Cola, National Geographic, Jeep, L.L. Bean, Timberland, Marlboro, Reebok and Jansport.

In between photographing weddings, events and portraits Rachael has produced images of the bands Interpol, the Brazilian Girls, Crooked Fingers, Matt Nathanson, Joseph Arthur (opened for REM) and The Graham Colton Band (opened for Kelly Clarkson).
