Upon seeing the photos, Ann stopped at an image of her Mother and Father. She had tears in her eyes as she said, "Aren't my parents the best? Look at them! They've been married almost 25 years. Look at my Dad just laughing with my Mom! Rachael, these are the kind of photos I want to show my kids."

“Perhaps you didn’t believe me when I told you that Russel and I would stay up late on Monday to pore over the engagement photos- but we did!  We chose favorites, marveled over details, re-chose favorites, noted contrast and lighting, chose more favorites, and ended up (about an hour and a half later) vowing to ‘get serious’ about settling on a few to put in frames!  So we have another ‘date’ together lined up for more indecision!

The photos are, obviously, terrific.  Once Russel and I talked about how you do what you do (in terms of setting up shots, etc.) I was flabbergasted….  You have such an eye! We are sooooo excited for the wedding.  A lot of our married friends have expressed dissatisfaction with their photos and to know that we’ll be experiencing no such problem is such a great feeling….  We really can’t tell you enough how happy we are that you’ll be with us as we celebrate our day!  Really, we’re just thrilled!”

After the wedding day, Russel wrote: "Rachael- first of all, we cannot wait to see all of the photos! In fact, in the short term, getting them from you might be a bad thing for our lives as we may find ourselves quite addicted to looking at them repeatedly reliving the day completely ignoring work and school. I'm sure we'll manage to have some sort restraint!"

Kate Carlier.  The Bride.
Kate pulled me aside to tell me this during her reception; "I can’t tell you how many people have come up to me to say, ‘I love your photographer!’ or how you’re such a good person. Thanks for putting everyone at ease!”

Upon seeing her images Kate said, "These images are exactly what we hoped for, Rachael! I love all of them! Thank you for getting them to us so quickly.  Wait until Brian’s parents hear we’ll be bringing our wedding photos with us when we visit. They will freak out! Thank you.”
